How do I request a return?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number, the item and your reason for returning it. We will provide the designated US return warehouse address and instructions for your order. Please wait for these instructions before mailing your return.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns unrelated to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For a product quality issue, SOFENA will cover the return shipping costs. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate process.

Where should I send my return?

Use only the return address provided by SOFENA for your order. The address on your original shipping label may not be the correct return address.
